We are moving to automate all our prescription requests and from the 1st December will no longer be able to receive requests via email. Patients will need to download the NHS App and request their medications via the App.
By automating the process it makes it quicker for us to receive your requests, the medication details are correct as they are coming from your records and the requests come directly into our clinical system for the GP to review rather than being received via email in a text format and having to be printed.
To assist you here is a link through to the NHS App will shows you how to set it up on either your laptop or phone.
For our patients who are not able to have access to a smart mobile phone or laptop we will continue to accept prescriptions requests via your pharmacy of choice.
