Letters of Support for Housing/PIP
Letters of support for housing or PIP applications do not form part of General Practice NHS services. We are an NHS practice so therefore we are not able to undertake this work. We do not offer this as a private service at the surgery due to the complexity of such letters and the resources required.
We are not able to enter into correspondence regarding anyones eligibility for housing or PIP, you must contact the services directly.
You are able to access your own health records (and order repeat prescriptions and get health advice) by signing up to the NHS App – sign up details are available NHS App – NHS (www.nhs.uk). We are also happy to provide you with a summary care printout of your records which will give you a list of your active problems and your current medication, please contact us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) if you would like us to provide you with this.
For both housing and PIP applications, the services will write directly to us if they require additional supporting information from the GP.
